It felt like my every move was being tracked, recorded. No matter how far I drove, the eye in the sky seemed to follow me, never getting further away. All my mistakes, all the times I had been wrong in my decisions, came flooding back to me. The strength of the wave made me tighten my grip on the steering wheel. The sun bounced off the mirrors of my car sending a ray of light straight into my eye. I came to a screeching stop at a red light. To beguile the time, I reached for the net to put on my window as a shade. Red, yellow… GREEN. I pressed my foot down and went racing down the road and into the forest that lay to the side of it. Under the protection of the trees, I was no longer pursued by the watchful yet unnerving eye in the sky.
